Data Accessioner

05-27-2021 05:27 PM

The Data Accessioner is a tool that provides archives with a method for copying and moving files as part of an ingest process and capturing metadata. MD5 checksums are created before and after files are copied and moved for comparison. Adaptors allow for use of tools such as DROID and JHove. Metadata managers can be used/created to map metadata to a chosen schema. More information about the program can be found on their site; source code is on GitHub.
